The rooms were beautifully designed in a romantic Venice style, with a direct view of the lagoon. The cleanliness was great. The breakfast served was delicious, thanks to the friendly woman who prepared it. The location was perfect, just a short 4-minute walk to Piazza San Marco and close to the ferry station. This made it easy to explore the city and get around.
The room was smaller than expected, and the pictures online were misleading. It felt more like a B&B than a hotel.

Excellent location, close to San Marco Piazza but away from crowds. Easily accessible from the airport. Clean and comfortable rooms. Generously sized room with canal view. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good breakfast with vegetarian options. Luggage storage available.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, with fine views and easy access to all the main attractions. The room was great, especially considering the price. It wasnice and neat, with a separate dressing area and a fridge. The staff were also excellent, with the receptionist speaking perfect English and being helpful. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to main attractions, and staff were all great.
